Refund policy

At Banbilo, we strive to provide high-quality baby products and ensure customer satisfaction.

To maintain our competitive prices and provide FREE international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered due to change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Your baby’s safety and your satisfaction are our top priorities. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@banbilo.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos or a short video of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost. You are not required to return the damaged item.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 6–12 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and delays may occur beyond our control.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@banbilo.com.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled or modified within 4 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
